This study aims to optimize a bond portfolio by clustering financial ratios using the K-Means method and analyzing Macaulay duration. From a selection of bonds issued by companies listed in the MNC36 Index, two bonds BBNI and TBIG were identified through clustering based on current ratio, debt- to-equity ratio, and leverage ratio.
Analyzed and compared the performance of four portfolio optimization methodsβMinimum Variance Efficient Portfolio (MVEP), Single Index Model (SIM), Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM), and Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II (NSGA-II). The study evaluated the trade-off between return and risk to recommend optimal investment strategies.
Developed a hybrid portfolio optimization model by integrating deep learning techniques (LSTM, GRU, and CNN) for financial forecasting with a multi-period, multi-objective framework. The research successfully balanced maximizing returns while controlling risk and distribution of profits, proving that the predictive approach yielded more realistic and adaptive investment strategies than traditional methods based on historical data.

This analyzes the long-term implications of corporate bond rating changes by PT PEFINDO (2007-2023) on credit stability using a Markov Chain model. The study concludes that high-rated bonds tend to be stable, while middle and low- rated bonds have a higher probability of downgrade or reaching maturity.

Rabies merupakan penyakit zoonosis yang disebabkan oleh virus rabies dan bersifat sangat fatal. Virus rabies bisa menular melalui air liur, gigitan, atau cakaran hewan yang tertular rabies. Rabies hampir selalu berakibat fatal meskipun infeksinya dapat dicegah menggunakan Vaksin Anti Rabies (VAR).
Sosialisasi pengolahan limbah organik menjadi kompos efektif meningkatkan pemahaman peserta. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil kuesioner dan analisis data Uji Binomial 2 arah yang menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan secara statistik (p-value < sig. 1,53x10^-5 < 0,05).
Sosialisasi pembuatan Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) dari limbah organik terbukti efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta. Hal ini didukung oleh hasil kuesioner yang menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan responden dan analisis data dengan Uji Binomial 2 arah yang menghasilkan p-value < sig. (2,38 x 10^-7 < 0,05).
